As in the 1935 and 1973 Constitutions, the 1987 Constitution offers that “[t]he judicial electricity shall be vested in a single Supreme Courtroom and in such reduce courts as might be set up by law.” (Art. VII, Sec. one). The physical exercise of judicial electricity is shared from the Supreme Court with all reduce courts, but it's only the Su
